Why I like the Special Events business
On my end of the spectrum, the special events business puts me in a position to meet all the creative and talented people that make our events spectacular. I have learned so much about this industry and from so many different perspectives; from chefs to event planners to bartenders and waiters. Everyone has demonstrated a new and interesting approach to their area of expertise and my job puts me in contact with all of them.

It is a great opportunity to cook a variety of cuisines for many wonderful people. Whether I’m designing and executing an intimate tasting menu for twenty people or a large buffet for hundreds of people, I enjoy the challenges and attention to detail necessary to create enjoyable meals for our clientele.
