When you visit our office for a consultation our planners will ask a long list of very specific questions. Based on that discussion, we begin to develop a proposal for your reception that reflects your vision, priorities, and budget. There are no cookie cutter weddings at Word of Mouth. Your own unique combination of factors, such as venue, menu, level of service desired, rental choices, and duration of the event, all come together to determine the style and cost of your wedding reception.

The total catering budget for a typical wedding for 100 guests is around $11,000, with budgets in the $14,000 to $18,000 for 150 guests. One-third of the weddings we planned last year had budgets ranging from $12,500 to $50,000.
